​Fluff & Ruff offers luxury suites for your dog to stay in while you are away.  Each dog(s) will have it’s own suite to stay in. Think of the suite as your dog’s own hotel room.  No chain link or stressful kennel environment with dogs barking.  I only have 7 suites to keep a calm, stress-free environment that your dog will do well in.  Also, with everything being in my home they are under 24-hour care.  Keeping it to only 7 suites also allows me to give your dog the one-on-one attention it deserves.  I know I would not want my dogs at a place with a 100 dogs, where they just get let in and out with no human interaction.  I can give your dog the attention and care it needs and deserves, because I keep the amount of dogs to a minimum.  

Benefits to staying at Fluff & Ruff
  • No extra charge for play time.  If your dog gets along with other dogs, I do not charge anything extra for play time.
  • If your dog is not dog friendly that is totally fine.  I can give your dog one-on-one play time with me. Or we can just cuddle on the sofa together.  It is whatever your dog prefers. No extra charge for these services.
  • If your dog needs medication, I do not charge extra to administer meds.
  • All suites come with a cot or bed.  I recommend bringing a bed or blanket that smells like home to help the dog stay comfortable.
  • If you want to bring a toy or bone, feel free.
  • Suites, cots, beds, and bowls are all cleaned and disinfected after every use.
  • I am here overnight with 24 hour pet sitting. Other places your dog is all alone from when staff does the last let out of the day to the morning. 
 
Requirements and checklist to stay:
  • Proof that the dog is up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough). This must be sent to me prior to drop-off.  Please take a picture and text or e-mail to me before day of drop off. 
  • Must provide own food, leashes, bowls, bedding and anything else your dog might need.  Please only bring enough food needed for the stay. If you do not bring food or run out I can provide food for an extra $2.00 per meal.
  • Any medication the dog would need while with me. Monthly or Daily.
  • Something that smells like home. Bed, blanket, shirt.  Just know whatever you bring the dog may destroy. Dogs can act different in different environments.  Please don’t bring anything you would be upset about, if your dog chewed it up.
 
Pricing:
  • 1 dog per night $55 (plus tax)
  • 2 dogs per night (sharing same suite) $80 (plus tax)
  • 3 dogs per night (sharing same suite) $105 (plus tax)
  • Payment is due in full at drop-off
  • Cash or check only
  • Picking up before 4:30, you will not be charged any extra for that day. After 4:30 will be considered an extra night.
 
Drop off and Pick up:
  • Drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only.
  • Hours available to make an appointment for drop off and pick up: Mon – Thurs: 8AM-5PM, Fri: 8AM-Noon & 4PM-5PM, Sat: 8AM–10AM only and Sun: 8AM–10AM & 4PM – 5PM.
 
Cancellation policy:
I only have 7 suites so please give me as much notice as possible if need to cancel.  I require a 5-day notice to cancel or you will be charged for the reservation.  This is just so I am not turning people away when it looks like I am full and then you cancel last minute.  Then I would be at a loss of your stay and everyone I have turned away. 
 
Holidays:
I will be requiring a 3-night minimum for all major holidays.  I will be closed on major holidays; this will mean no drop-off or pick-up allowed.  The dogs will still get cared for just like any other normal day.
